【编者按】4月22日，山东盲人维权人士陈光诚终于设法冲破重重看守逃出东师古村的家，后经过朋友们的帮助离开了山东，转移到一个暂时相对安全的地方。到本月26日， 山东临沂当局才得知陈光诚逃离软禁地的消息，随之对陈光诚的家人进行搜捕，陈光诚的大哥、侄儿等多名亲人先后被抓走。陈光诚通过录像向外界披露他出狱后近 两年来，他及其家人所遭受到的山东临沂当局的非法软禁、暴力殴打等严重侵犯人权的状况，明确提出希望中国政府首脑温家宝总理追查有关违法侵权人员、保护自 己家人安全、调查司法腐败等。因陈光诚逃离软禁地，山东当局对全省维权人士展开大肆调查、传讯，一些维权人士受到威胁警告。本期所载黑龙江、安徽、江苏、 广东、河南、湖北等地维权人士纷纷被拘留、劳教的情况，显示出中国地方当局仍然加强对维权人士打压的状况。值得各界高度关注！

4月20日09点49分，江苏常州访民蒋雪华在新浪微博上发了一条"紧急关注"常州访民4月19日下午在省城南京上访时被抓被打的微博。4月21日8点39分，她又发了一条4月20日子夜蒋志平夫妇被警察带走的微博，让网友及时知道了常州当局打压访民的恶行。4月21日上午9点20分，警察就上门以她涉嫌"散布虚假信息"犯罪为由要传唤她，她在警察没有出示证件的情况下，拒绝开门，导致传唤未遂。（维权网）（详情请见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2012/04/blog-post_1609.html）

2、广东独立中文笔会会员野火被约谈

4月28日下午3点 多种，家住广东省佛山的独立中文笔会会员野火（车向前）被当地国保找去喝茶，国保对他近日所写的文章进行追问并警告。据悉，国保找他喝茶因为两件事，一是 因为之前的文章《一代歌王》而对他提出警告，说他不听劝告，介入敏感话题妄加评议。二是对他几个星期之前发的推文，声援已被刑拘的'广州举牌五君子'一事 严加追问。（维权网）（详情请见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2012/04/blog-post_9669.html?spref=tw）

4月24日，山东临沂暴力强拆受害人王进生、刘国慧收到临沂市兰山区公安分局做出的【临公兰（治）集游示不许字【2012】第001号】集会、游行、示威不许可决定书，不许可的理由是：如举行游行示威会严重破坏社会秩序。4月20日，王进生、刘国慧向临沂市公安局兰山分局递交游行示威申请书"抗议临沂中院拒不立案的违法行为"，希望以此行动引起社会对公民合法行政起诉权的关注。（维权网）（详情请见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2012/04/blog-post_1581.html）

【看中国记者杨天姿报导】近期，据国内众多名博和海外媒体的放风，对薄熙来和谷开来的处理会很快有结果。而也就恰恰在这时，国内的封网情况日剧加重，很多敢说敢言的名博因为"不配合"而被彻底消号，或被噤声。

4月30日，天下公言文化传媒研究员，中国改革杂志社原社长李伟东（网名"冬眠熊2010"）发出一条用词非常隐晦的微博：因午夜观察一发出就被屏蔽，所以我说一句总体判断，然后将观察改为不定期抽疯式随意释放状态。判断是：尽管外媒对大案向上波及多有预言，我仍坚持近一段时间的总体判断，即不会冲破九曲小院子，会在18成人礼前塑造河蟹，尽管里头都斗成了乌眼鸡。哪一天那小院开放了，不是打到大街上了，就是共和民主了。

此条微博是在控网极为严重的情况下写的，因此用了诸多暗喻，意在评论当下中共高层为了保18大，尽管内部就薄熙来的处理等问题已经焦头烂额，打得不可开交了，但还是会对外保持一个"稳定"的形象。如果哪一天斗争的情况真实外露，那"不是打到大街上了，就是共和民主了"。

据悉，从3月19日深夜传出"紫禁城政变"开始，每到深夜都是微博传播敏感话题最为活跃的时期，"天线宝宝大战康师傅""康师傅下架"等诙谐比喻，都是在敏感词被限制极为严重的情况下，网民为表达传播意思而出现的，体现了网民的智慧。殊不知，官方也开始如法炮制，于4月10日深夜11点，由官媒《晚间新闻》传达了对薄熙来和谷开来的调查处理，被外界称为"午夜惊魂"式播报消息。

网民：暴风雨就要来了！

对于李伟东的这一评论，知名学者记者们表示同意此观点。牛津大学博士，诺丁汉大学讲座教授美灯:我也同意这个判断。

（维权网信息员任强民报道）4月30日早上，福州市仓山区陈信滔、林兰英、林祥官、唐兆星、郑伯榕、邱玉梅、刘玉钗、林应强，晋安区林旭光、陈依香、卓道明、林善忠等十几个冤民自发第六次到福州鼓山风景区抗议喊冤。

大家打出字幅："还我劳动权！"，"还我居住权"，"还我最基本的生存权！"。十几个福州冤民，有的无家可归，有的惨遭迫害而坐牢、被劳教、被失业致生活无着落陷入绝境！他们一边登山，一边披着黄状衣，手举诉告材料向游客大声喊冤。

冤民陈信滔愤怒地抗议说，福州警匪勾结，公然上演杀人无间道，抢我财产，无法无天。冤民林旭光抗议说，地方政府官员强拆我房子，光天化日抢我合法财产，使我一家人无家可归。冤民林兰英和林祥官也都在抗议仓山分局警察草菅人命，徇私枉法制造冤案。

冤民林应强也在大声喊冤，要求"依法惩治腐败村长张文灿，捍卫法律尊严，还民最基本的生存权！"，同时抗议仓山区主要官员与腐败村长张文灿狼狈为奸，政府官员不但包庇张文灿违法犯罪，而且竟沦为腐败村长打击报复举报人的工具。

明天就是五一国际劳动节了，林应强、林旭光等福州冤民因不断进京上访"告御状"、"告洋状"，冤屈不但无人管，反而屡遭打击报复，甚至劳动权都被滥权官员以"维稳"名义给非法剥夺，连养家糊口最基本的生存权都没有了。

保罗摩根为朋友拍照，意外拍到"慷慨的鬼魂"。(网络图片)

一群被吓得屁滚尿流的酒馆常客信誓旦旦的宣称，他们拍到了多年来一直在"闹"这家酒吧的鬼魂！

这家位于英格兰东南部Southsea、名叫"艾普斯利之家"(Apsley House)之家的酒吧常客说，他应该是以前店里的一名酒保；他是一个慷慨的鬼魂。会一再把他们杯中的酒斟满。在最近一次庆祝同事退休的派对里，保罗摩根(PaulMorgan)终于拍到这个神秘的魅影。

47岁、已是四个孩子的爹的保罗说，他本来是为好友古德温(Gerry Goodwin)拍照，却意外拍下鬼魂。他说："我用我的iPhone拍了很多照片，因为这是一个化装主题趴。我为一些朋友拍了照。但是当我在检视这些照片的时候，却发现背景里有些奇怪的东西。"

"这照片我连拍了两张。第一张你看不到什么。但是第二的照片里却出现了一张脸。这张脸十分诡异。我给我的孩子看，他们都不敢相信。因为当时根本没有人在那儿。"

水电工保罗补充说："这里的鬼魂很有名。没有他，酒吧会很不一样。房东韦克斯(Paul Wicks)补充说，他们这个鬼魂一个昵称叫"雷迪"(Reedy)，源自以演酒鬼著名的演员徒奥立佛雷(Oliver Reed)。

据了解，"雷迪"是1960年代曾在这里担任酒保。韦克斯说："人们说他们都见过这个鬼，而且都感觉到他的存在，例如在某个方会特别阴风阵阵。我是个怀疑论者，但也无法解释照片里出现的东西。"

【新唐人2012年4月30日讯】在美国上市的〝新浪公司〞近期发布2011年财务报告，新浪在风险提示中向投资者表示，中共政府对互联网的监管及新闻信息审查，可能严重影响微博的运营能力。甚至可能导致微博终结。专家指出，这种担忧不是杞人忧天。如果中国出现大的动荡，中共有可能关闭微博。

4月28号上午，〝新浪〞在官方网站和美国证券交易委员会（SEC）网站同时发布了2011年财报，财报中强调〝微博〞这一新兴〝社交媒体〞，给〝新浪〞估值带来巨大提升，但财报坦言，〝新浪微博〞暂时还没有找到合适的〝货币化〞营利模式，并对政府过度的监管表示担忧。

今年3月31号到4月2号，〝新浪〞、〝腾讯〞等四大微博网站因所谓〝传播谣言〞，被要求暂停〝评论〞功能。对于政府的网络审查，〝新浪〞表示，〝可能因此担责或不得不放弃以此内容盈利〞，而〝如果未来政府决定限制通过微博传播信息，微博将受到损害甚至被迫关闭〞，那么，这将对网站的流量、商业模式的盈利能力及品牌估值产生负面影响。

财报还提到〝实名认证〞工作并没有完成。去年12月16号北京市规定，微博网站应在3个月内对用户进行规范，否则将不能使用微博全部功能。财报表示，过于激进的强制认证，将导致微博流量的降低及用户活跃度下降，这一情况实际上已经出现，有部分已获得认证的用户还被记录并限制发言。〝新浪〞还担忧实名认证的〝进度不力〞或招致重大惩罚。

原〝雅虎中国〞总经理的谢文表示，中共当局的网络监管和审查，注定互联网公司存在盈利风险。

原〝雅虎中国〞总经理谢文： 〝谁都知道是个大风险，公司自己完全控制不了。 这种（风险）对互联网始终都有，只不过微博的服务形式使得问题更加突出。〞

尽管微博这种新兴社交媒体已经深入中国人的生活，但专家认为，当局让微博一夜之间消失也不是不可能的事情。

互联网实验室共同创办人王俊秀：〝 有可能，有可能，还是有可能。所以微博它永远写着一个测试版。你发现没有？他不是一个完整的产品对外的，所谓测试版就是我可以随时关。〞

文化评论家叶匡政：〝当这种来自民众的抗争的力量越来越明显的时候，政府无法控制的时候，那个时候也很难说，政府会把微博关闭掉。当他感到有足够威胁度的时候，他是任何事都可能做出来的。比如某个地方出现很大混乱，新浪微博被关闭的可能性很大。〞

〝独立中文笔会〞网委协调人野渡则炮轰新浪缺乏企业伦理道德，跟当局同流合污。但对于中国互联网公司在夹缝中求生的艰难处境，野渡也表示同情和理解。

独立中文笔会网委协调人野渡：〝现在他在这个环境下，更多的看到是对政府部门进行公关手段，也就是俗称的官商勾结。因为在目前这个体制下，企业如果不和政府部门进行一定程度的公关的话，几乎是不可能生存的。这也是为什么一般国内企业没有伦理道德准则很重要的原因。〞

新浪财报显示，〝新浪微博〞注册用户已经突破3亿大关，用户每日发博量超过1亿条。

Internet censorship raises investment risks on Chinese IT
companies, especially on micro-blogging services

The SINA Corporation recently announced it's 2011 financial
report .
In the report, SINA suggested to the investors that there are
risks from the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) censorship on the Internet and
news messages,
which could possibly impair or even terminate
it's business on micro-blogging services.
Experts believed that such worries were not groundless which
might become true if a massive disturbance occurs in China.

In the morning of April 28th, SINA Corporation filed it's 2011
annual financial report.
It posted them on both it's official website and the website of
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The report underlined it's business on micro-blogging service,
which as a newly developing media had boosted SINA's value.
However, the report also acknowledged that SINA had yet to
find a proper profit mode for micro-blogging service,
and had great concerns on the excessive censorship
from the CCP.

Between March 31st and April 2nd, the largest four micro-blog
sites in China including sina.com and qq.com,
were mandated to suspend commenting
on micro-blog messages by the CCP.
On the official policy of Internet censorship, SINA's report
claimed that,
"the company might incur unexpected responsibilities because
of this and have to give up in making profiting from micro-blogs".
The report also said that, "Any more restrictions on micro-blog
messages in the future would impair or terminate services".

The report also revealed that the real-name system on micro-
blog sites had not been completed yet.
On December 16th, 2011, the CCP put a new regulation into
practice, requiring all micro-blog sites to restrict their users
over the next three months from using all the functions if
they were not registered under their real identities.

Former Yahoo China's president, Xie Wen said CCP monitoring
and censoring the Internet raised issues for IT companies.
They could no longer make any profits.

(Former Yahoo China's president Xie Wen) says: " Everyone
knows it's a huge risk completely beyond anyone's control.
Such risk lies on all the Internet services but it's especially
significant for micro-blogs."

Although micro-blogs as a new type of social media have
become an important part of Chinese life,
experts still believe that the
CCP can still make an overnight prohibition on it.

(Co-founder of the Chinalab.com, Wang Junxiu) says:"
It's possible, still possible to happen.
Therefore micro-blog sites always claim that they are still in
Beta (test) version.
Did you notice that? It's still not a complete product so that
it can be closed at any time."

(Cultural commentator Ye Kuangzheng) says: "If the civil
opposition become more significant beyond CCP control, then it's hard to tell.
The authority might close all the micro-blog sites.
After all the CCP will do anything when it feels threatened.
For example, if some massive disturbance breaks out,
it's very possible that the Sina micro-blogs would be closed."

Internet coordinator of the Independent Chinese PEN Center,

Ye Du criticized SINA for its lack of business ethics in
cooperating with the CCP rules.
At the same time, he also showed sympathy for IT companies
in China who had to struggle in a very difficult environment.

(Independent Chinese PEN Center member, Ye Du) says:"
Under the current conditions,
we mostly see companies try to establish good relations
with the CCP which is usually "official-business collusion".
This is because the companies cannot survive the regime
without staying close to the CCP agencies.
That's why you won't find common business ethics followed
most Chinese corporations."

According to SINA's financial report, the registered users of
its micro-blog site have exceed 300 million posting more than 100 million
messages daily.

【新唐人2012年4月30日讯】随着薄熙来的垮台，周永康面临被清算，中国体制改革的各种版本也层出不穷。最近，有署名周亚辉的文章在海外中文网站透露，温家宝曾向政治局提出了具体的政改方案，但最后遭到否决。分析人士认为，这是〝血债派〞转移注意力的爆料，因此在拿下周永康之前谈政改毫无意义。

周亚辉在《博讯》发表的文章中说，一个政治局委员身边的人，曾向他的一个朋友透露，温家宝向政治局提出过具体的政改方案。

这个渐进的政改方案最终目标是结束中共一党独裁，建立政党竞争竞选的制度，废除政法委干预司法，建立独立司法制度，实现司法透明和政治透明制度等。

不过消息人士透露，这个政改方案被政治局否决。原因是，政治局的大多数人需要维持一党独裁给自己带来的特权利益。

文章最后还说，温家宝对这届政治局很失望，但是，他对下届政治局有信心。因为他认为，将会有越来越多新的年轻的政治局成员，同意自己的政改思想。

独立评论员洪剑：〝现在属于政治内斗的关键时刻，现在曝出这个料来，我觉得其实是血债派的一种放风行为，转移民众的注意力。因为现在内斗的这么激烈，他谈政改无非是给自己一个台阶下，希望能够让他的势力还是保持着，希望通过一个妥协的办法去解决这个问题。〞

美国〝乔治梅森大学〞客座教授章天亮则指出，民众对温家宝本人抱有善意的期待，希望他能够把自由、 公正、法制、人权这些概念深入中国，让中国形成一个良性的政治环境。

不过，章天亮表示，温家宝现在谈政改的话有点太早，像周永康、李长春，吴邦国，贾庆林等人一定会反对这个将造成中共解体的政治改革。胡温必须拿下周永康这一〝血债派〞，为政改清场。

章天亮：〝中国社会的转型，等于是被政法委挡着，整个社会公益都被破坏了。现在提一些什么政改，提一些远期的目标都没有意义，
唯一有意义的是把周永康抓起来。政法委是以维稳的思路镇压老百姓，制造社会矛盾，它是整个中国社会动乱的根源。〞

日前温家宝在波兰访问期间参观了〝奥斯威辛纳粹集中营〞，并在那里讲话，他说，要借监历史，反对战争、恐怖、种族灭绝和一切罪恶，维护人的自由、尊严、安全和幸福。

有大陆网友嘲讽说，〝陈光诚和重庆前副市长王立军的行为，无疑等于宣告，这个国家已经沦为中共的集中营！〞

洪剑认为，温家宝的感言，反映出他当时是以人性的角度和站在中华民族的立场上看问题，并且有警告中共〝血债派〞的意味。

洪剑：〝其实他这一趟的参观，我觉得他的意义比较深远。告诉血债派，其实你们对人民所犯下的罪恶，包括对法轮功学员的迫害，包括活摘器官，其实是在这个星球上从未有过的罪恶，远远超过纳粹犯下的罪行，必须对血债派进行彻底的清算。〞

洪剑还表示，温家宝如果真的想实现他〝维护人的自由、尊严、安全和幸福〞的目标，必须先拿下周永康，然后推动结束中共的一党独裁。

Wen was said to mention political reform once again; experts believe Zhou
Yongkang must be eliminated first

Following the fall of Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang is facing eradication, and there
seems to be numerous political reform rumors in China. Recently an article
written by Zhou Yahui on an overseas Chinese website revealed that Wen Jiabao had
proposed a specific political reform package to the Political Bureau, which was
rejected. Analysts believe that this is none other than news intentionally
stirred up by the bloody debts group to divert attention. Therefore, it is
meaningless to talk about political reform prior to Zhou Yongkang being removed
from his post.

Zhou Yahui wrote in a Boxun article that an insider close to a Politburo member
told one of his friends that Wen Jiabao presented a concrete political reform
package to the Political Bureau.

The ultimate goal of this gradual political reform package is to end the
one-party Chinese Communist dictatorship, to establish the campaign and
competition system of political parties, to abolish the intervention of Political
and Law Commission in the judicial system, to establish an independent judicial
system, and to have transparency in the judicial and political system.

However, sources said that the political reform package was rejected by the
Political Bureau, for most Political Bureau members are in need of maintaining
one-party dictatorship for their own privileged interests.

The article also indicated, in conclusion, that Wen Jiabao was very disappointed
at this session's Political Bureau, but he has high hopes for the next Politburo
because he believes that there will be more and more young,
fresh Politburo members agreeing with his political reform idea.

Independent commentator Hung Jian:"Now is the key moment of political infighting.
Revealing this news, I believe, is in fact the behavior
of the bloody debts group to divert the public's attention. With the intense
infighting, talking about political reform is nothing more than finding a way out
for themselves with hopes of maintaining their power and to resolve the issues
with an approach of compromise."

George Mason University Visiting Professor Zhang Tianliang indicates that people
have well-intentioned expectations of Wen Jiabao. They hope he will be able to
bring these concepts of freedom, justice, rule of law, and human rights to China
to ensure the formation of a good political environment.

However, Zhang Tianliang says that it's a little too early for Wen Jiabao to talk
about political reform. Those people such as Zhou Yongkang, Li Changchun,
Wu Bangguo, and Jia Qinglin will oppose this political reform because it will
cause the disintegration of the Chinese Communist Party. Hu and Wen must take
down Zhou Yongkang, representative of the bloody debts group, to pave the way for
political reform.

Zhang Tianliang: "China's social transformation has been blocked by the Political
and Law Commission. Public welfare has been completely destroyed. It is
meaningless to talk about political reform or long-term goals. The only
meaningful thing to do is to arrest Zhou Yongkang.

The Politics and Law Committee has been suppressing people and creating social
conflicts in the name of holding stability. They are the fundamental source of
the social unrest in China."

Recently during Wen Jiabao's trip to Poland, he visited the Auschwitz Nazi
concentration camps and delivered a speech in which he said that people should
learn from history, oppose war, terrorism, genocide and all evil, plus maintain
freedom, dignity, safety and well-being of human beings.

A netizen in mainland wrote in ridicule, "Chen Guangcheng (blind lawyer severely
persecuted by the government) and Chongqing former deputy mayor Wang Lijun's
behavior are tantamount to declaring that this country has turned into a
concentration camp run by Communists!"

Hung Jian believes that Wen Jiabao's talk reflects his position from a humanity
perspective, and on behalf of the Chinese nation, his intention was to warn the
bloody debts group of the CCP.

Hung Jian: "In fact, I think the meaning behind his visit to the (concentration)
camp is rather deep. It tells the blood debts group that the crimes they have
committed towards the people, including the persecution of Falun Gong
practitioners and the live organ harvesting, in fact, are so evil that it's never
been heard of on this planet.

These crimes are far worse than the crimes committed by the Nazis, and a thorough
eradication of the bloody debts group must be conducted."

Hung Jian also says that if Wen Jiabao really wants to achieve his goal of
"preserving freedom, dignity, safety and well-being of humans," Zhou Yongkang
must be taken down first and ending the CCP's one-party dictatorship must be

【新唐人2012年4月30日讯】目前，薄熙来一案持续发酵。有报导说，中国大连〝正源房地产开发公司〞董事长富彦斌因涉及薄熙来一案而被捕。富彦斌在审讯中供出，过去10年来，中共现任政治局常委李长春和他的兄弟一直在帮助富彦斌炒卖地皮、牟取暴利。下面请看本台记者的报导。

北美中文网站《博讯》援引知情人士的消息说，地产商富彦斌交代，他和政治局常委李长春有权钱交易。李长春甚至直接打电话，帮助〝正源地产〞低价买入土地，然后再高价卖出。这样的做法一直持续10来年，直到案发之前。〝正源地产〞现已拥有上百亿资产，而李长春的弟弟李长奇则一直担任〝正源地产〞的副董事长。

对于这个消息，时事评论员杰森向《新唐人》表示，不排除这是大陆高层有意通过海外媒体透露出来的信息，以便传到国内后制造一些风声和舆论环境。

杰森：〝大家通过这样的舆论能感觉到，这个事情有可能会把李长春最终也搞掉的话，李长春的势力就会被削弱，李长春发言说话的这个力度就会被减弱。〞

独立评论员周阳也指出，薄熙来一案暴露出很多问题，老百姓绝不相信薄熙来是单独作案。

周阳：〝他能爬到那么高的位置，他绝对是一帮子人。那一帮子人你只处理薄熙来一个人？现在的老百姓可不是50
、60、70年代的老百姓了，那么好说通？所以我觉得，它（当局）一定要拿掉薄熙来，同时还要处理几个人。〞

简历显示，李长春出生于辽宁大连，现年68岁，1990年以前曾经长期在辽宁任职。

独立评论员邢天行：〝他（李长春）在那个地方是有他的一个根系在的。就像当年薄熙来在大连，他给很多太子党提供了许多肥缺和土地，支持他们腐败。然后他们之间就有一种拉拢贿赂的关系。那么李长春也不例外。〞

邢天行分析指出，李长春在1998年到2002年就任广东省委书记期间，追随江泽民残酷迫害法轮功，因此在2002年被江泽民塞进政治局常委，并长期主管中共宣传系统，严控媒体、封锁网络，继续抹黑法轮功。因此，李长春和现任政法委书记周永康、前重庆市委书记薄熙来一样，都属于前中共党魁江泽民的〝血债派〞人马。

媒体披露，当初李长春支持薄熙来进入政治局常委，但在中央表决处理薄熙来时，李长春投了赞同票。对此，邢天行认为，薄熙来罪行累累，胡、温、习等人又决意拿下薄熙来，因此李长春见风使舵，迫不得已表态同意。李长春也没有料到，调查薄熙来最终会牵扯到自己的问题。

薄熙来倒台后不久，有网友发文揭露周永康政变未遂。3月底胡锦涛出访韩国，李长春立即伙同周永康发起所谓〝清网行动〞，藉机封锁、删除不利信息，并大肆抓捕民众。这被视为是江系对胡温的一次反扑。

独立评论员邢天行：〝一直我认为他是在伺机反扑，因为他在理念上，他跟周永康他们是一条线的。所以从中国（中共）宣传部门来讲，直到现在，对于薄熙来案件、王立军、周永康这些事情，他们都是对中国民众封锁消息的。〞

在此之前《大纪元》报导，一位大连新闻界消息人士说，富彦斌不仅与薄熙来夫妇来往密切，而且与很多高官都有权钱交易。李长春的哥哥李长吉在担任大连市建委领导期间，就曾全力帮助富彦斌拿地皮、搞项目，几乎成了〝正源〞房地产的后台老板。

Land Agent Fu Yanbin Arrested: Li Changchun Exposed

Recently, Bo Xilai has kept fermenting.

Some reports said Fu Yanbin was arrested because
of his involvement in Bo's case.
Fu Yanbin is the chairman of the board
of "Zhengyuan Estate".
Fu Yanbin confessed that Li Changchun (a current member
of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee)
and his brothers were helping him buy low cost land
to sell for exorbitant profits over the past 10 years.

Li Changchun is a member of the CCP Politburo Standing
Committee.
North America Chinese website "Boxun" reported that land
agent Fu Yanbin confessed that he had a power-money trade relationship with Li
Changchun.
Li himself even made phone calls to help
"Zhengyuan Estate" buy low cost land to sell at high prices.
This power-money trade relationship has been maintained
for about ten years until it was disclosed.
"Zhengyuan Estate" has already accumulated large amounts
of wealth worth tens of Billions of Chinese Yuan.
In addition, Li Changchun's younger brother, Li Changqi
is the deputy chairman of the board for "Zhengyuan Estate".

Politics commentator Jie Sen thinks that it's possible
that CCP senior authorities intentionally released this piece
of news to overseas media in order to whip up public
opinion in China.

Jie Sen: "Through public opinion being whipped up,
it's possible that Li Changchun will be brought down.
At least the power of Li Changchun will be downsized
and the words out of his mouth will lose public confidence."

Independent commentator Zhou Yang also pointed out that
a lot of issues were exposed from Bo Xilai's case.
People all believe that Bo Xilai must have accomplices.

Zhou Yang: "He (Bo Xilai) has worked on some big plans,
and he was able to attain such a senior position in the regime.
He must have his accomplices. Among the many accomplices,
are you only bringing down Bo Xilai?
It's not as easy to hoodwink people nowadays as it was
in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
Therefore, I think Bo Xilai has to be brought down. Meanwhile
some of his accomplices should also be brought down."

As shown in his resume, Li Changchun was born in Dalian,
Liaoning Province.
Now Li is 68 years old. Before 1990, Li was an official
in Liaoning Province for a long period of time.

Independent commentator Xing Tianxing: "He (Li Changchun)
has a solid foundation in Liaoning Province.
Similar as to what Bo Xilai did when he held a position
in Dalian, Li Changchun also provided CCP princelings with very good positions
and a lot of land.
He even supported princeling corruption.

Therefore, there are bribery relationships between
those princelings. There is no exception for Li Changchun."

Xing Tianxing pointed out that Li Changchun, a follower
of Jiang Zemin, has severely persecuted Falun Gong
practitioners from 1998 to 2002 when he was the Secretary
of the Provincial Municipal Committee in Guangdong.
That's exactly why he was promoted by Jiang Zemin
as a member of the Politburo Standing Committee in 2002.
Li has been in charge the CCP propaganda system
for a long time.
He has been strictly controlling the media industry in China,
blocking the internet, and throwing mud at Falun Gong.
Therefore, Li Changchun, Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai
all belong to Jiang Zemin's faction; the "blood debt" faction.

As disclosed by some media, Li Changchun cast his vote
as "yes" when the CCP central committee were deciding whether or not to bring
down Bo Xilai.
Regarding this, Xing Tianxing thinks that Bo Xilai
has committed numerous crimes.
Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabo, and Xi Jinping were all determined
to bring Bo down.
Therefore, Li Changchun sailed with the winds and had
to vote for "yes".
However, what Li Changchun didn't expect is that
the investigation on Bo Xilai would spread to him.

Shortly after Bo Xilai was brought down, it was disclosed
that Zhou Yongkang's coup plot had failed.
At the end of March, while Hu Jintao was visiting Korea,

Li Changchun immediately ganged up with Zhou Yongkang
and initiated the so-called "Clear Internet Action".
They tried to block and delete unfavorable information
and started arresting ordinary people.
This action was taken as a counter-attack from Jiang's faction
towards Hu & Wen.

Independent commentator Xing Tianxing: "I always think
that Li Changchun is looking for opportunities to perform
counter-attacks, since Li has a similar ideology
to Zhou Yongkang.
Therefore, up to now the information on Bo Xilai, Wang Lijun
and Zhou Yongkang is still blocked from Chinese people by the CCP Propaganda
Department."

As reported by "The Epoch Times", a person from the media
industry in Dalian disclosed that
Fu Yanbin not only had very close relationships with Bo Xilai,
but also committed power-money trade with many CCP senior officials.
At the time, while the elder brother of Li Changchun,
Li Changji, was assuming a position in the Construction Commission of Dalian,
and even made efforts to help Fu Yanbin win land and
construction projects.
Li Changji was almost the boss of "Zhengyuan Estate"
behind the scenes.

有媒体报导了这么一件事，王先生内急难忍，到了福州西园客运站的厕所，却发现蹲位客满，这时，里边有人说，给100块钱，就把位让给他。无奈之下，王先生掏了100块，解决了自己的燃眉之急。作家乔志峰，对这件事评论说：很久以前，我在火车上遭遇过"座位黄牛"，几个人霸着座位，其他乘客如果交20元至50元，可以买个座儿。当时就惊叹于某些人的生意头脑和"创意"。没想到，强中更有强中手，连公厕也成了黄牛的出没之地，真是没有最缺德的、只有更缺德的。假如这套"生意经"流传开来，各路黄牛发起一个"占领公厕运动"，岂不苦了内急如焚的老百姓！车站负责人后来表示，如果有人再遇到这种情况，建议立刻报警。这话有点儿不近人情，在那"十万火急"的时候，哪还来得及报警，等警察赶到，"连花儿都谢了"。同时，这话也有推卸责任之嫌，出现这样的咄咄怪事，车站方面难道就没有责任吗？如果，车站公厕数量能满足乘客的需要，如果车站管理到位，岂能任由黄牛坑害他人？"公厕黄牛"的出现，暴露出车站管理工作存在的不足。

近年来，社会乱象丛生，出现了多种多样的"新行当"，其中有不少，都是因社会管理上存在漏洞和人的道德下滑，而"应运而生"的。比如职业"带路人"、职业"导厕员"等等。但愿"公厕黄牛"不会发展成新的"第361行"。如果，城市服务性基础设施建设和服务工作，做到了位，何来如此生财之道？期待政府部门和有关单位，在面对"公厕黄牛"和"新行当"的时候，多问几个为什么。如果因为自己工作不到位，而催生了新的"行业"，实在是一件令人羞愧的事情。

中国 最大的政治悲剧是什么？

"网易博客"有篇文章认为，当今中国最大的政治悲剧，是根深蒂固的封建专制思想，它使得不同的政治派别，难以"和谐"共处；非得明争暗斗，搞个你死我活，搞一派专制；让几个人的思想意识，控制十几亿人的思想意识，好像是唯有如此，才是真理。政治生态的"清一色"，不仅仅意味着独裁、专制，更意味着治国策略走极端，无可挽回地走极端，这是治国的大忌。文章说，看看西方国家党派观念是什么样的？人家的观点是：不同派别的存在是合理的、正常的，可以公开的方式进行斗争和辩论；可以民主的规则作指导，和平竞争，和谐共处，而非你死我活，其结果是，各个派别的观点，代表不同的利益群体，均能得以公开表达；诸多国策难走极端，难出大错，即便有错，也可以及时发现和纠正。

而在中国，在专制思维的作用下，使得国家的政治生活，极其简单而卑劣，"指鹿为马"，"非左即右"，"你死我活""权即一切"，成为中国政治生活的法则。希望国人思考一下，这种非左即右的政治斗争，在中国的历史上演绎了几千年，到底是利国还是利己，什么时候才能结束？我不得不说，这种利己的专制主义思维，是误国误民的。如果仍在延续的话，那么它必将葬送我们这个国家的大好前程。它也只能使我们这个国家不断地重复演绎"兴衰轮回"的历史悲剧。

【新唐人2012年4月30日讯】现在很多中国人都在思考：为什么中国人每到危难，不分阶层都要跑到美国使领馆寻求保护？陈光诚逃出被政法委控制的山东临沂老家之后，据传已经进入美国大使馆。大陆和海外的民主人士分析，他和方励之当年非常相似。他们认为，陈光诚揭露的政法委迫害民众的事实，能够帮助胡温拿下周永康，推动中国的政治局势，同时，他们呼吁美国政府保护陈光诚，向世界展示，美国不是帝国主义，而是主持正义的国际警察。

陈光诚逃出之后，通过视频，向中共总理温家宝喊话，其中曝光了他受政法委残酷迫害的大量事实。这让人们联想起，1989年当代中国民主运动领导者方励之出走美国大使馆的事件。

中国社会民主党中央委员会主持人刘因全：〝方励之先生他当时为了逃避中共的迫害，跑到美国领事馆去的，陈光诚先生也是这样。而且美国领事馆也都给予了保护，方励之最终来到了美国，我相信陈光诚先生也会这样。我相信美国政府也会全力的保护他，结果也会相同。〞

原山东大学历史学教授的刘因全认为，这次陈光诚揭露政法委的迫害，将促成胡温最终拿下周永康。

刘因全：〝这一次陈光诚事件是一个划时代的事件，他很可能比王立军事件对中国的政局的冲击还要大。王立军谈出了薄熙来、周永康这一个贪腐集团和黑社会团伙，对陈光诚进行迫害的所有这些单位和个人，他的最高领导者是周永康。胡温利用民意，抓住天时，对他进行处理，周永康很难招架得住了。〞

中共建政后不是一直都在宣传〝美帝国主义亡我之心不死〞还有〝反对资产阶级自由化〞吗？现在为什么中国人每到危难，不分阶层都要跑到美国使领馆里去寻求保护呢？

大陆自由撰稿人、原《河北人民广播电台》编辑朱欣欣：〝不管官方几十年来诋毁美国、妖魔化美国、反美宣传，中国的民众都知道，在这个世界上，比较而言，美国主持正义、主持公正，什么制度真正的是符合人性的。所以说陈光诚到美国大使馆再次证明了，中共的反美的宣传不可能欺骗和愚弄中国人的。不是他的物质如何，关键是美国有一个自由的、民主的、先进的社会制度，是令人向往。〞

刘因全表示，陈光诚这一次到美国领事馆，说明中国的司法太黑暗，他知道向中共那边去上访，没有任何前途，甚至会遇到生命危险。刘因全认为，中共政府，特别是周永康领导的政法委，就是一个黑社会。无论人民、官员，已经对它彻底失望。

刘因全：〝陈光诚这一次到美国领事馆，是给了美国政府很好的一个机会。美国政府完全可以大张旗鼓地对陈光诚进行庇护，这样也会向全世界表示，美国还是有正义感的。这样就会洗刷一下美国政府在王立军事件中的不作为给美国政府带来的阴影和耻辱。〞

刘因全分析，让陈光诚顺利离开中国，周永康一定会从中作梗，并嫁祸于胡温，不过，他认为，胡温不会受他阻挠。刘因全乐观期待陈光诚到达美国。

After Fang Lizhi, Chen Guangcheng
Seeks Protection from the U.S.

Now many Chinese are thinking: Why do the Chinese always
choose to seek protection from the U.S. diplomatic unit?
Chen Guangcheng is rumored to have entered
the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
Prior to this, Chen had succeeded in escaping from his hometown
while being controlled by the Political and Legal Affairs Committee (PLAC) of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Pro-democracy activists in China and overseas analyzed that
Chen's path was very similar to Fang Lizhi's in 1989.
Chen's revealing of PLAC's persecution against the Chinese
may help Hu and Wen to remove Zhou Yongkang.
And that will advance China's political situation, activists say.

They called for the U.S. government to protect Chen Guangcheng,
to show its image of an international police upholding justice.

In his video talk to the CCP premier Wen Jiabao,

Chen Guangcheng exposed plenty of persecution by PLAC
of him and his family members.
This makes people associate Chen's flight with
Fang Lizhi's fleeing to the U.S. Embassy in 1989.
Fang was then a leader of China's pro-democracy movement.

Liu Yinquan (Chair of China Social Democratic Party):
"At that time, Mr. Fang Lizhi fled to the U.S. consulate in order to escape the
CCP's persecution.
So did Mr. Chen Guangcheng.
And the U.S. Embassy gave both of them protection.
Mr. Fang finally came to the U.S., and I believe Mr. Chen will.

I also believe that the U.S. government will give him
full protection, so the result will be the same for him, I think."

Liu, former history professor at Shangdong University,

thinks that Cheng Guangchneg's uncovering of PLAC's crime
will push Hu and Wen to take down Zhou Yongkang.

Liu Yinquan: "Guangcheng's episode is a landmark.

It probably gives a harder hit to China's political situation
than the Wang Lijun Incident did.
Wang Lijun revealed the corrupt group and mafia-gang led
by Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.
The top figure behind all those authorities and individuals who
persecuted Chen Guangcheng is just Zhou Yongkang.
So if Hu and Wen could seize this opportunity to move against
Zhou, he would be hardly able to resist it."

Since the CCP took power, it has restlessly publicized that

"U.S. imperialism has never abandoned its intention to
destroy us," and "we are combating bourgeois liberalization".
Why did Chinese of different ranks always choose
to seek protection from the U.S. embassy or consulate when they were in danger ?

Zhu Xinxin (Freelance in China): " No matter how
the regime has defamed and
demonized the U.S. in its propaganda over decades,
all the Chinese people have come to know the truth.
That is, comparatively speaking, in this world, the U.S. is
upholding justice, and they have understood that the U.S. is a humane
establishment.
So Chen Guangcheng's entering into the U.S. Embassy
once again proves that
the CCP's anti-American propaganda has failed in deceiving
and fooling the Chinese people.
What attracts the Chinese is not the life of material wealth
in the U.S. but its free, democratic and advanced social system."

Liu Yinquan adds that Chen Guangcheng's escape
also indicates that China's judicial system is too seamy.
Chen knew that there is no way out in petitioning the CCP's
top leadership, which might even put his life at risk.
Liu thinks the CCP's regime, in particular, the PLAC headed
by Zhou Yongkang, is an exact likeness of a mafia society.

Liu Yinquan: "Chen Guangcheng's event creates
a favorable opportunity for the U.S.
The U.S. government can vigorously grant asylum
to Chen with good reason.
This will build for the U.S. an image of upholding
justice in the world.
And it will be helpful to offset the shadow and shame caused
by the U.S. government's inaction in the Wang Lijun Incident."

Liu Yinquan figures that Zhou Yongkang will hinder Chen's
leaving China and will shift the blame onto Hu and Wen.
While at the same time Liu doesn't think that Hu and Wen
will be blocked by Zhou.
Liu says that he is optimistic to see Chen Guangcheng's

Chen Guangcheng Escapes House Arrest:
Chinese Authorities Start Large Scale Arrests

陈光诚逃离软禁地—-山东临沂，获美国保护后，中共当局开始大围捕，几位帮助陈光诚逃跑的人士被拘捕或者消失，曾与他见面的另一位活动人士胡佳则被警方传唤。北京、四川、山东等地，一批长期关注陈光诚的异见学者和维权人士，也相继被当地公安〝请喝茶〞。

Chen Guangcheng escaped from his home in Linxi
in Shandong.
He's now being protected by the U.S. Soon afterwards,
Chinese authorities started a large-scale arrest.
Several people who helped Chen escaping were arrested
or disappeared.
Activist Hu Jia who met Chen before was also
questioned by police.
A group of dissident scholars and human rights activists
in Beijing, Sichuan, and Shandong were questioned by local police, one after
another.

胡佳被公安带走超过一天，4月２９号傍晚获释，回到家中。胡佳向《新唐人》表示，扣留期间他没有被暴力对待，公安主要关注陈光诚如何成功逃脱，以及有哪些人协助，还有陈光诚什么时候见过美国驻华大使骆家辉。

Hu Jia was in the police station for over a day, and was
released and returned home on the evening of April 29.
Hu Jia told NTD that he wasn't treated with violence,
the police focused on how Chen escaped successfully.
They wanted to know who helped him, and when he met
Gary Faye Locke, the US Ambassador to China.

据报导，陈光诚的侄子陈克贵在自卫伤人后，目前下落不明，而陈克贵的妻子则已经带着儿子前往济南，并已委托律师处理事件。另外《美国之音》报导说，陈可贵4月29号与律师联系，说自己被一辆黑色的汽车追杀，生命危急。

Sources said that Chen's nephew Chen Kegui
disappeared after he protected himself in self defence.
Chen Kegui's wife has left for Jinan with her son,
and consigned a lawyer to deal with this case.
Voice of America said, Chen Kegui contacted a lawyer
on April 29.
He said that he was chased by a black car, and his life was
in danger.

大陆网友则透露，目前大批警察在陈光诚的软禁地—-山东省临沂东师古村，疯狂抓捕陈光诚的亲人，以及可能协助陈光诚逃离的亲友。

Netizens revealed that lots of police are now in Chen's home
village, Dongshigu village in Linyi of Shandong province.
They are intensively arresting Chen's family and friends,
whom possibly assisted his escape.

据《路透社》报导，胡佳的太太曾金燕呼吁更多的人来关注陈光诚的安全，她表示,
目前，大家看到的情况是，陈光诚的支持者、帮助者和家人受到进一步的迫害。而对陈光诚进行迫害、行凶的人却没有得到惩罚。她希望国际社会能够尽最大的努力来帮助陈光诚，去保障他的人身安全，以及他的家人的安全。

According to Reuters, Hu Jia's wife Zeng Jinyan appealed
that more people should pay close attention to Chen's safety.
She said that, currently, Chen's supporters, helpers, and
family are being persecuted even further.
However, those persecutors haven't been punished yet.

She hopes that the international community can do their best
to help Chen Guangcheng, and to protect his personal safety and his families'
safety.

媒体报导说，相信陈光诚是在北京的美国驻华大使馆内，但到目前为止，美国政府还没有公开就陈光诚的去处发表评论。

Some media reported that Chen is believed to be sheltering
at the US embassy in Beijing.
The US government has so far not commented publicly

这两天，朋友连连向我抱怨医院里又出医闹了，他是哈医大毕业的，因此对之前在哈医大发生的"3·23"杀医惨案格外心有余悸。他想过转行，但除了看病外他不会别的；他也想过出国，不过最终还是觉得，"那个，太难了！"

在上周的文章中我提到，尽管去美国行医有着风光的前景，但这绝非一蹴而就的事情。从踏上这条路到熬成正果，至少需要七八年甚至十几年的奋斗，这之中要经过数道关卡的考验。 无忧 资讯 info.51.CA

第一道关卡是美国执业医师考试，英文缩写是USMLE，考生们都简称其为"U"，它是和G（GRE，美国研究生入学考试）、T（托福）齐名的为学医的人所熟知的考试。考U对医学知识的广度、深度以及实践操作能力的要求均很高，其难度远远超过国内的执业医师考试。国内的医学教育本身就不如美国完备，因此考U的同仁们基本上要靠着啃英文书自学，最后的备考资料摞起来有一人高也不算稀奇。

不过即使顺利通过考试，也只是刚刚跨进了去美国行医的第一道门槛。若能在美国的医院顺利找到住院医的工作，才能进入到下一关：住院医训练阶段。要在理想的医院里找到心仪专业的职位，不仅考U的分数要好看，找牛教授写推荐信、寻求在美国医院的实习机会等等都是必要的准备，这些都是为了能在找工作时有更多选择的余地。不过近年来随着亚裔医生的面孔越来越多，外国人尤其是亚洲人在美国行医的门槛也在逐渐提高，那些工作清闲且收入较高的科室早已被美国本土的医学生们抢光。info.51.ca

成功在美国找到住院医的工作后，就要开始美国行医梦中的最后一道关卡，这也是最艰难时间最长的一关。紧张的工作节奏，超大的工作强度及永无休息日的工作时间，让美国住院医的魔鬼式训练恶名远扬。为了避免休息不足对医生们判断力的影响，美国毕业后医学教育委员会这才刚刚规定：住院医一周的工作时间不得超过80小时。不过在这种高强度的工作下，医生将会以极快的速度适应和成长。经过了三至八年不等的住院医训练后，一位医生就能在美国独立行医了。

大约在五六年前，去美国行医在国内还是条"少有人走的路"，但是最近几年来，考U、去美国行医这条道上的人是有增无减。这其中，不仅有医院里的医生，更引人注目的是，医学院里怀有美国行医梦的医学生也越来越多。

备考者的基数越大就意味着竞争愈加激烈，不过面对国内行医的黯淡前途，这个"鲤鱼跳龙门"的途径或许是年轻医生们唯一能把握的改变个人命运的机会吧。
